Description:	Founded in Iceland in the mid 90ies by Asta Kristjansdottir, formerly a model herself, Eskimo sparked out in 1998 to search more "dottirs" in Russia's Wild East: Siberia. Our main office in Tomsk is overlooking scouting activities in Omsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Krasnojarsk, Chelyabinsk, Ekaterinburg, Perm, and Ufa. We focus on primary scouting at schools, and have gained a reputation for being - yes - very selective, but developing and launching in turn new talent quickly and at the highest level.
